Happy 8 Months Karsten James Scott!
It has been eight months of pure bliss. This little sweetheart has blessed our lives more than we could have ever imagined. Every single day is a blessing with him.
He is still a big eater!
He loves carrots.
He loves pears.
He loves bananas.
He loves avocados, but only if they are mixed with pears.
He loves sweet potatoes, but he broke out in a rash with them so he no longer gets to eat those.
He hates peaches and refuses to eat them.
He loves sitting in his new jogging stroller and especially loves watching the dogs run in front.
He loves books with bright pictures, he especially loves when he can hit them as I read.
He is constantly playing with his toes and has now mastered doing it while sitting.
He is now sitting on his own, but can still be a little wobbly.
He was given a blessing this month by his Daddy.
He sleeps up to 12 hours each night, he's amazing!
He talks himself to sleep each night and it's the most adorable thing ever.
He loves to mimic everything you do with your mouth.
He has started to reach for people.
He loves his parents and has to make sure they are in the room with him.
He thinks his dogs are much cooler than anything else and it's hard to get his attention when he is watching them.
He's never been allowed to watch T.V. and really doesn't pay much attention to it.
He loves running errands and sitting in the grocery cart.
He is still quite the spitter.
He often takes naps in his crib, but he has never slept in his crib at night.
He still hates tummy time, but will tolerate it on Mommy's leg or a pillow.
He takes two long naps a day. He loves his sleep!
He eats solids and has up to 6 oz of milk each feed.
He is wearing 6-9 month clothes, mostly due to his bulky cloth diapers.
He likes to be outside, but hates the sun.
He still loves to snuggle and I hope that he never grows out of it.
We love you Karsten, thank you for another perfect month!
Oh, and Sophie the giraffe has to be shrinking, my baby can't be getting that big!!
