A New Adventure

 As many know, Conradi and I had to live apart for almost a year while I finished graduate school and he started school going into accounting. He was in Cedar City and I was in Salt Lake City. It was really hard, but with countless drives back and forth we did it. 

Our year was coming to an end and we had to make a huge decision. We needed to decide where we were supposed to be next. I was done with school and finishing up my second year of teaching. Ryan was still in school and applying for jobs. I hadn't even started applying for jobs in St. George because, as many know, I don't like change and I couldn't imagine leaving my work after 7 years of being there. 

As we weighed out our pros and cons we decided the best move would be for me to go down south and join him. This way he could stay in school and we could both easily find jobs. But he absolutely did not want to live in Cedar City. He wanted warm weather, with no snow. So we chose St. George, Utah. I applied and accepted a job at an elementary school and Ryan applied and accepted a job at a Volkswagen dealership. We found a home and put an offer on it. It was all falling into place. 

So I did what everyone would have done. Made a crazy decision to dye my hair...blonde. I mean big changes were happening already, might as well join in!

We were just excited to be able to live together again and continue our life together. 

We were excited to have a fresh new start in a new place.

 Conradi really is all I ever need.
